Over the years, Melinda Love has worked with three types of agencies: a start-up; a global,
highly-matrixed organization, and; a highly-specialized health care marketing firm. She’s gotten really good at understanding what clients want, what motivates different types of people and how to grow business.
With experience in business operations, P&L management, business development, recruiting, marketing strategy, internal communications programming, conflict resolution, and team development, she’s learned a great deal about the human condition and how it impacts the businesses we run. While she maintains a level of professionalism, her personal dedication and approach end up resulting in long-standing, trusted, friendships. She’s provided counsel to a number of clients and agencies over the years — and learned how to make a great cup of pour-over coffee along the way. Personal passions include: organizations supporting the elderly, underserved populations and transplant donation. In her spare time you'll find her reading multiple books at once, helicopter-parenting her adult children, aging parents and two overly affectionate 100 lb. rescue dogs.
